We are serving as lead trial counsel for Magnolia Medical in an action against its sole competitor

Davis Polk represents Magnolia Medical Technologies in patent litigation in the District of Delaware against Magnolia’s sole competitor in the field of Initial Specimen Diversion Devices, Kurin. Magnolia Medical hired Davis Polk as trial counsel in the run-up to summary judgment on the two groundbreaking Magnolia medical patents at issue. The parties have briefed summary judgment and the court has not yet set a trial date.
