Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers for the several underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered secondary offering of 12,000,000 Class A ordinary shares of Manchester United plc by its controlling shareholder, Red Football LLC, for an aggregate price to the public of $204 million. The Class A ordinary shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “MANU.”
