Davis Polk advised Jefferies LLC as the sole underwriter in connection with the SEC-registered secondary offering of 3,000,000 Class A ordinary shares of Manchester United plc by its shareholder, Edward S. Glazer Irrevocable Exempt Trust, for an aggregate price of $46 million. The Class A ordinary shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “MANU.”
