We advised the underwriter on the secondary offering

Davis Polk advised the sole underwriter in connection with the SEC-registered secondary offering of 5,000,000 Class A ordinary shares of Manchester United plc by its shareholder, Avram Glazer Irrevocable Exempt Trust, a trust organized under Florida law. The Class A ordinary shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “MANU.”

Manchester United is one of the most popular and successful sports teams in the world. Through its 143-year history it has won 66 trophies, including a record 20 English league titles, enabling it to develop one of the world’s leading sports brands and a global community of 1.1 billion fans and followers.
