We advised the underwriter on the SEC-registered stock offering

Davis Polk advised the sole underwriter in connection with the SEC-registered secondary offering of 9,500,000 Class A ordinary shares of Manchester United plc by the selling shareholders, Kevin Glazer Irrevocable Exempt Family Trust and Edward S. Glazer Irrevocable Exempt Trust. The Class A ordinary shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “MANU.”
