MediaAlpha $175.8 million IPO
Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters in connection with the $175.8 million initial public offering of 10,637,500 shares of Class A common stock by MediaAlpha, Inc. and its controlling stockholder, which included 1,387,500 shares from the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares from the selling stockholder. The common stock is listed on the NYSE under the symbol “MAX.”
