We advised MedSci on its IPO and HKEX listing

Davis Polk advised MedSci Healthcare Holdings Limited in connection with its initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the international offering in reliance on Regulation S. The gross proceeds from the offering amounted to approximately HK$608 million prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option.

MedSci operates one of the largest online professional physician platforms in China in terms of registered physician users and monthly average users. As of December 31, 2021, the total number of registered physician users on the MedSci platform who had the title of associate-chief physician and above represented 67.1% of the total number of physicians in China who had obtained those titles, based on the latest published information from the National Health Commission of China.
