Davis Polk advised an affiliate of Midwood Investment & Development in connection with its joint venture for the development of the property commonly referred to as 200-204 South 12th Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, into a multi-use building with residential units, ground floor retail and underground parking.

Midwood Investment & Development is a family run real estate and development management firm based in New York. The firm is a sophisticated vertically-integrated investment, development and management platform that owns over 130 properties across the US, and has several million square feet in its development pipeline.

The Davis Polk real estate team included partner Brian S. Lichter and associate Nicholas Soilleux. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the New York office.
