Davis Polk advised Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Company Limited on its Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of senior notes, which consisted of $450 million aggregate principal amount of 3.637% senior notes due 2025 and $350 million aggregate principal amount of 3.967% senior notes due 2030. The notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
