We advised Natura on its tender offers and consent solicitations

Davis Polk advised Natura &Co Luxembourg Holdings S.à r.l. in connection with independent cash tender offers and related consent solicitations for up to $550 million of its 4.125% sustainability-linked notes due 2028 and up to $330 million of its senior notes due 2029. Upon expiration of the tender offers, an aggregate principal amount of $550 million of the notes due 2028 and an aggregate principal amount of $330 million of the notes due 2029 were tendered and accepted for purchase by Natura.

Natura &Co is a global, purpose-driven, multi-channel and multi-brand cosmetics group which includes Avon, Natura and The Body Shop.
