Davis Polk advised the joint lead managers in connection with the debut offering of $300 million 2.125% bonds due 2025 issued by New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc.

New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. is the largest provider of private educational services in China based on the number of program offerings, total student enrollments and geographic presence. Its common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “EDU”. Its educational services primarily consist of language training and test preparation, pre-school, primary and secondary school education, online education, content development and distribution, overseas study consulting services and study tour. Since its inception in 1993, it has amassed over 52.8 million cumulative student enrollments for their language training and test preparation business.
