Nuance Communications $676 Million Senior Convertible Debentures Offering
Davis Polk advised the representatives of the initial purchasers in a Rule 144A offering by Nuance Communications, Inc. of $676 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.00% senior convertible debentures due 2035, which included $88.2 million aggregate principal amount of debentures from the full exercise of the initial purchasers’ over-allotment option.
