The stock is listed on Nasdaq

Davis Polk advised the sales agents in connection with a new SEC-registered at-the-market offering by OPAL Fuels Inc. of its Class A common stock for up to an aggregate amount of $75 million. The Class A common stock is listed on Nasdaq under the symbol “OPAL.”

OPAL Fuels is a leading vertically integrated producer and distributor of renewable electricity and renewable natural gas, a proven low-carbon energy source that is rapidly decarbonizing multiple sectors including the transportation and utility industries. OPAL Fuels delivers complete renewable solutions to customers and production partners.
