We advised the underwriters on the IPO and NYSE listing

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the $240 million initial public offering by P10, Inc. of 20,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock, of which 8,500,000 shares were sold by the selling stockholders. The common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PX.”

P10 is a leading multi-asset class private market solutions provider in the alternative asset management industry. P10’s mission is to provide its investors differentiated access to a broad set of investment solutions that address their diverse investment needs within private markets.
