Professional Fighters League $30 million second-lien term loan financing
We advised the lender on the financing
Davis Polk acted as counsel to the lender in connection with a $30 million second-lien term loan facility extended to Professional Fighters League, LLC, as well as in connection with the associated receipt of warrants. The facility will be used for general corporate purposes and to add cash to the balance sheet. Consideration to funding consisted of warrants of common stock issued to the lenders.
Professional Fighters League, LLC is the owner and operator of a mixed martial sports league intended to serve individual fighters. The company offers a community of athletes who compete under a set of rules in a regular season, playoffs and championship, enabling athletes to earn fight bonuses and participate in pay-per-view experiences to showcase their skills.
