Davis Polk advised the sole dealer manager in connection with an offer to repurchase for cash by Indo Energy Finance B.V. of up to $128.57 million in principal amount of its outstanding $300 million 7.00% senior notes due 2018.

Indo Energy Finance B.V., a company incorporated in the Netherlands, is a wholly owned subsidiary of PT Indika Energy Tbk. Indika Energy is one of Indonesia’s leading integrated energy groups, with a portfolio of businesses spanning energy resources, services and infrastructure sectors.
