We advised Ranpak on the SEC-registered stock offering

Davis Polk advised Ranpak Holdings Corp. in connection with the $120.8 million SEC-registered offering of 5,250,000 shares of its Class A common stock being issued and sold by Ranpak and 500,000 shares of its Class A common stock being offered by certain selling stockholders of the company, including 750,000 shares pursuant to the underwriters’ exercise in full of their over-allotment option. The Class A common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PACK.”
