Davis Polk advised the administrative agent in connection with a $725 million refinancing term loan facility for Rexnord LLC and RBS Global, Inc. The proceeds of the facility will be used to refinance Rexnord’s existing term loan facility.

Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Rexnord is comprised of two strategic platforms, Process & Motion Control and Water Management, with approximately 7,000 employees worldwide. The Process & Motion Control platform designs, manufactures, markets and services specified, highly engineered mechanical components used within complex systems, and the Water Management platform designs, procures, manufactures and markets products that provide and enhance water quality, safety, flow control and conservation.

The Davis Polk finance team included partner Jason Kyrwood, counsel Darren Mahone and associate William Son. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the New York office.
