Davis Polk is advising RMB Holdings Limited as to U.S. law in connection with its unbundling via spin-off of its interest in FirstRand Limited, a South African financial institution. As part of the unbundling, RMB Holdings will distribute its entire shareholding in FirstRand to RMB Holdings’ shareholders.
