We advised Rockefeller Group on the joint venture

Davis Polk advised Rockefeller Group Development Corporation on the formation of a joint venture, in connection with the acquisition of approximately 35 buildable acres located in Riverside, California. Rockefeller intends to construct two industrial buildings comprising approximately 600,000 rentable square feet on the site, as well as a public parking lot providing access to the Sycamore Canyon Wilderness Park. The land abuts a conservation habitat area.

Rockefeller Group is a U.S. real estate developer, owner and operator known for pioneering large-scale urban mixed-use development. The company began with the development of Rockefeller Center. Rockefeller currently has 16 industrial projects in development across the country.
