We advised Rockefeller Group on a construction loan and joint venture
Davis Polk advised affiliates of Rockefeller Group in connection with a construction loan. Rockefeller Group plans to build a 60-story mixed-use skyscraper, totaling over 220,000 square feet of rentable space, at 1072 West Peachtree Street NW in the Midtown neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. In connection with the transaction, Davis Polk also advised Rockefeller Group on the formation of a joint venture among affiliates of Rockefeller Group (including an affiliate of Mitsubishi Estate New York) and Taisei Corporation.
