Rollins $1.3 billion inaugural secondary offering
The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange
Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the approximately $1.3 billion inaugural SEC-registered secondary offering of 44,509,814 shares of common stock of Rollins, Inc. by LOR, Inc., an entity controlled by the Rollins family, which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Rollins repurchased 8,724,100 shares from the underwriters in the offering. The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ROL.”
