Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in the offering of 69,000,000 American Depositary Shares by Sea Limited for total proceeds of over $1.5 billion, including the offering of 9,000,000 ADSs upon exercise of the option to purchase additional shares by the underwriters.

Sea Limited operates three platforms across digital entertainment, ecommerce and digital financial services. Its mission is to better the lives of the consumers and small businesses of Greater Southeast Asia with technology.
