Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on the Section 3(a)(2) offering by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.625% notes due 2021. The notes were issued by SEB and guaranteed by SEB’s New York branch.
