We are advising Truist as financial adviser to Select Interior Concepts

Davis Polk is advising Truist Securities, Inc. as financial adviser to Select Interior Concepts, Inc. in connection with its $411 million acquisition by an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. The transaction is expected to close early in the fourth quarter of 2021, subject to shareholder approval and other customary closing conditions.
