We are advising Truist as financial adviser to the seller

Davis Polk is advising Truist Securities as financial adviser to Select Interior Concepts, Inc. in connection with the $215 million sale of its Residential Design Services segment to Interior Logic Group, a portfolio company of Blackstone. The transaction is expected to close mid-2021, subject to customary closing conditions which includes the receipt of required regulatory approvals.

Select Interior Concepts is a premier installer and distributor of interior building products with leading market positions in highly attractive markets. ILG is a leading, data-driven and technology-enabled provider of interior design, supply chain and installation management solutions to several of the nation’s largest single-family homebuilders.
