We advised the underwriters on the equity offering

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters in connection with a follow-on offering of 3,000,000 shares of common stock of SiTime Corporation, of which 1,500,000 shares were sold by SiTime and 1,500,000 shares were sold by the selling stockholder. SiTime’s common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “SITM.”

Based in Santa Clara, California, SiTime is a leading provider of silicon timing systems solutions.
