We are advising Sonae on the tender offer

Davis Polk is advising Sonae SGPS S.A., as the principal member of a consortium comprising Sonae and certain individuals, as to U.S. law on a public cash tender offer for all of the issued and outstanding shares in Musti Group Plc.

Sonae, headquartered in Portugal, is a multinational company managing a diversified portfolio of businesses in retail, financial services, technology, real estate and telecommunications.

Musti, headquartered in Finland, is the leading pet care retailer in the Nordic region with a successful omnichannel strategy leveraged by its own and exclusive product offering and a distinctive physical and digital footprint.
