Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a Regulation S offering by Tahoe Group Global (Co.,) Limited of $200 million 7.875% senior notes due 2021 and $225 million 8.125% senior notes due 2023.

Tahoe Group Global (Co.,) Limited is a property developer that focuses on the development of quality residential and commercial properties in the economically developed areas in China. They operate under a series of brands such as “Courtyard”, “Mansion” and “Garden” series for their core residential real estate products and “Tahoe Plaza” for their core commercial real estate products. Tahoe Global Group (Co.,) Limited is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
