We advised TELECEL on its tender offer for its outstanding 5.875% senior notes due 2027

Davis Polk advised Telefónica Celular del Paraguay S.A.E. (TELECEL) in connection with its cash tender offer to purchase for cash up to $55 million in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.875% senior notes due 2027.

TELECEL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Millicom International Cellular S.A. under the brand Tigo, is the leading provider of communications, information, entertainment and solutions services in Paraguay through the provision of mobile telephony, cable and broadband internet.
