Davis Polk advised the representative of the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A / Regulation S offering by TopBuild Corp. of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.125% senior notes due 2032.

TopBuild Corp., headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida, is an installer and distributor of insulation and building material products to the U.S. construction industry.
