Davis Polk advised the joint lead managers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Toyota Industries Corporation of $600 million aggregate amount of 3.110% senior notes due 2022. The notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

Toyota Industries is a global manufacturing company based in Japan with operations around the world, primarily engaged in the development, production and sale of materials handling equipment, vehicles, automobile parts and textile machinery as well as the provision of related after sales and other services. Toyota Industries was established in 1926 and is the original founding company of Toyota Motor Corporation and the Toyota Group.
