The investment-grade notes are due 2053

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by the Travelers Companies, Inc. of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.450% senior notes due 2053.

Travelers is a leading provider of property casualty insurance for auto, home and business. A component of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, Travelers has more than 30,000 employees and generated revenues of approximately $37 billion in 2022.
