Tronox $401 million secondary offering
Davis Polk advised the underwriters on a $401 million SEC-registered secondary offering of 21,975,315 ordinary shares of Tronox Holdings plc by Exxaro Resources Limited.
Tronox is a vertically integrated manufacturer of high-quality titanium products, including titanium dioxide pigment, specialty-grade titanium dioxide products and high-purity titanium chemicals, and zircon. Exxaro is a resources group with business interests in South Africa, Europe, the United States and Australia. Exxaro’s asset portfolio includes coal operations and investments in iron ore, pigment manufacturing, renewable energy (wind) and residual base metals.
