UBS $1.25 billion senior notes offering
The investment-grade notes are due 2028
Davis Polk advised the representative of the several agents in connection with a 3(a)(2) offering by UBS AG, acting through its Stamford, Connecticut, branch, of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.864% fixed-to-floating-rate senior notes due 2028. The notes were offered and sold in reliance upon an exemption from registration provided in Section 3(a)(2) of the Securities Act and pursuant to the exemption from registration with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency provided by Section 16.6 of the OCC’s regulations.
