Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $100 million 8.25% senior notes due 2020 to be consolidated and form a single class with the $250 million Regulation S offering by United Photovoltaics Group Limited of its 8.25% senior notes due 2020.

United Photovoltaics Group Limited is a solar power plant owner and operator in China. It entered the solar industry in 2010 through manufacturing photovoltaic modules and subsequently expanded into acquiring and operating solar power plants in central and western China in 2013. The company now owns and operates 31 solar power plants primarily located in northern and western China, and has recently begun international expansion with an acquisition in the United Kingdom.
