Davis Polk advised the underwriter in connection with an SEC-registered secondary offering of 1,500,000 shares of Veritiv Corporation’s common stock by UWW Holdings, LLC. The common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “VRTV.”

Veritiv is a North American business-to-business distributor of packaging, facility solutions, print and publishing products and services, and also a provider of logistics and supply chain management solutions to its customers. Veritiv operates from approximately 160 distribution centers primarily throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
