Vitru merger and listing migration from Nasdaq to São Paulo Stock Exchange
We advised Vitru on the transaction
Davis Polk advised Vitru Limited on its merger with its Brazilian subsidiary, effectively migrating its stock exchange listing from Nasdaq to B3. Under the terms of the transaction, Vitru’s shareholders exchanged their Nasdaq-listed common shares for ordinary shares of the Brazilian subsidiary to be listed on the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (São Paulo Stock Exchange) under the symbol “VTRU3.”
