Warner Music Group $1.925 billion IPO
Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters, in connection with the $1.925 billion initial public offering of 77,000,000 shares of Class A common stock of Warner Music Group Corp., sold by the selling stockholders. The Class A common stock is listed on the Nasdaq under the symbol “WMG.”
