Warner Music Group notes offering and concurrent tender offer
Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and the initial purchasers in Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings of €325 million principal amount of 2.750% senior secured notes due 2028 and $535 million principal amount of 3.875% senior secured notes due 2030 of WMG Acquisition Corp., a subsidiary of Warner Music Group Corp.
