Davis Polk advised the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers on a Regulation S offering by Weichai International Hong Kong Energy Group Co., Limited of $775 million 3.75% senior guaranteed perpetual capital securities. The perpetual capital securities are guaranteed by Weichai Power Co., Ltd.

Weichai Power, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, is a manufacturer of automotive and equipment products in China with a diversified product portfolio covering powertrain, heavy-duty trucks, construction machinery, hydraulic devices and related components.
