Davis Polk advised The Williams Companies, Inc. on the $325 million acquisition of Rimrock Energy Partners, LLC’s gathering and processing system, expanding Williams’s asset base in the DJ Basin.

Rimrock Energy Partners, formed in 2015 out of Rimrock Midstream, LLC, is a strategic, growth-oriented company focused on the acquisition, development and management of midstream energy assets across multiple commodities, including crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids.
