Davis Polk advised the underwriters on an SEC-registered offering by W.W. Grainger of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 1.85% senior notes due 2025.

Headquartered in Lake Forest, Illinois, W.W. Grainger is North America’s broad line supplier of maintenance, repair and operating supplies and other related products and services used by businesses and institutions. W.W. Grainger also has operations in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
