XP $2.25 billion IPO
Davis Polk advised XP Inc. on its $2.25 billion initial public offering of 83,387,237 Class A common shares, consisting of 42,553,192 shares sold by XP and 40,834,045 shares sold by certain selling shareholders, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The Class A common shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “XP.”
