Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a debut Regulation S offering by Zensun Enterprises Limited of $200 million 12.5% senior notes due 2022. The notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Zensun Group Limited.

Zensun Group Limited is a property developer that focuses on developing a range of residential properties that cater to the various demands and preferences of middle to upper-middle class customers in Zhengzhou and selected cities with solid industrial base and high growth potential. Zensun Enterprises Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
