The consent solicitations involve notes and perpetual securities

Davis Polk advised the dealer manager in connection with an exchange offer and consent solicitation of senior unsecured notes under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and (ii) the solicitation agent in connection with consent solicitations of certain senior unsecured notes and perpetual securities, respectively, in each case, conducted by Zhenro Properties.

Zhenro Properties Group Limited is a large comprehensive property developer in the PRC focusing on the development of residential properties and the development, operation and management of commercial and mixed-use properties. Zhenro Properties Group Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
