Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a Regulation S offering by Zhenro Properties Group Limited of $200 million 8.6% senior notes due 2020.

Zhenro Properties Group Limited is a property developer that focuses on the development of residential properties and the development, operation and management of commercial and mixed-use properties in China. Zhenro Properties Group Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
