Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a Regulation S offering by Zhenro Properties Group Limited of $300 million 8.7% senior notes due 2022.

Zhenro Properties Group Limited is a property developer that focuses on the development of residential properties and the development, operation and management of commercial and mixed-use properties in China. Zhenro Properties Group Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
