Pay versus performance: Tackling unanswered questions

We invite you to watch a Davis Polk webinar on the SEC’s new pay versus performance rule. Now that companies have started putting pen to paper on the required pay versus performance disclosure, a number of new questions and complexities are emerging, many of which have not yet been addressed by the SEC. Lawyers from our Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance practices discussed a high-level overview of the rule and a deeper dive into the key strategic considerations, burning questions around implementing the rule and next steps in looking ahead to the 2023 proxy season.
