He has represented clients in connection with criminal and civil investigations by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Trade Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission and other agencies.

David’s investigations and enforcement experience spans areas including cryptocurrency and decentralized finance; data privacy and security; and SPACs and post-merger litigation. He regularly assists clients on compliance program design and implementation, as well as related advocacy before independent auditors and federal regulators.
